The end of the archive mining

And here it is - pretty much the last full-length fic I have to offer. If nothing else, the move to ij has been a keen reminder of how I really need to write more.

Anyhow, this is Black Lagoon fic; despite the suggestive initials, BL is not a terribly slashy show, but I'm not the type to let canon stand in my way. (Also, I love Levy so very much that I'm perfectly happy to let her be all heterosexual with Rock.)

Margaritaville (Roanapur Remix) (Black Lagoon, Dutch/Rock + Levy, NWS) )

Evangeline Lily, oh how you thrill me

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
All right, I admit it. This fic is the height of silliness, and a crossover to boot; I can only point to its merciful brevity by way of defense.

Quick shameless plug: Watch Lost, damnit. Lost deserves so much more fannish appreciation than it gets.

Polar Bears on an Island! (Lost crossover, worksafe) )

Heh. "Daisy chain."

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
A very short daisy chain of mostly innocuous KKM ficlets.

So Troublesome a Bedfellow (KKM, Yuuri/Wolfram, worksafe) )

Hikaru no Go a go-go

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
This was originally posted to the Yaoi_Challenge community in 2006; it was written for Violet_Mazoku, who requested Sai/Hikaru "with some never-being-able-to-touch angst . . . smut optional." I can't even begin to explain why I chose not to write smut. Perhaps I was possessed.

With a Go Board for His Pillow (HnG, some Sai/Hikaru, worksafe) )

More Samurai Champloo smut

Like the entry heading says, yo.

But by Degrees (Samurai Champloo, Mugen/Jin, NWS) )

And the fic evacuations continue

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Just what you always wanted: a filthy, plotless, shamelessly indulgent Samurai Champloo threesome. Originally written for the 30 Lemons lj community - and hey, I'm only about a year and a half behind on my next piece.

With the Gracious Consent of the Audience (Samurai Champloo, Mugen/Jin+Fuu, NWS) )

Old fic, yet again

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
I loved the animated Teen Titans show for a whole lot of reasons, but the absolutely bad-wrong-creepy-mmmm dynamic between Slade and Robin was probably foremost among them. I . . . don't really capture that here, but I like to think that I got at least some of the awesomeness that is Beastboy.

Teenage Wildlife (Teen Titans, worksafe) )

Tiny little HxH ficlet

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Ahh, Hunter x Hunter. So cracked out, and yet so lovable despite all its flaws. I wrote this back in the summer of 2005, during that first giddy flush of fandom love. (It was also during a mandatory driver's ed class; I still have not passed my road test, damn it all.)

Can't Sleep (Clowns Will Eat My Nephew)(HxH, worksafe) )

And, yes, more old fic

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
I am now pleased to present The Fic That Nobody Ever Read, Ever, Even Though As My Fic Goes It's Not That Bad. (The fact that it's about girlsex in a now semi-obsolete fandom probably doesn't help.)

And Not Expecting Pardon (FY, Yui/Miaka, NWS) )

More old fic!

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Ah, I do love me some pirates. This was written as part of the 2004 Norrington Fic-a-Thon for Tenacitydrader, who requested angsty, jealous, non-slashy Will and Norrington containing the phrase "so that's why they call it a long nine." When I originally posted this, I mentioned that Tenacitydrader almost certainly deserved better. I'm sure this is still true.

Walking on the Sargasso Sea (PotC, worksafe) )

It came from my lj memories (please imagine that this is written in a drippy melty horror font)

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
The hive vagina of fandom has called, and I have answered: I am joining the fannish exodus from lj, and I'm taking my old fic with me.

In the interest of preserving chronological order, I'll start by reposting the first and probably worst of the lot: a mildly trippy and moderately pretentious look at the end of the MWPP era, written in mid-2003 for the Severus Snape Fuh-Q Fest and very slightly tweaked since then. It was originally titled The Concise Tragedian's Guide to 1976, but this helpful site tells me that MWPP et al. graduated in 1978, so, well, that had to change. Unfortunately, the timeline issues don't stop there; I wrote this under the mistaken impression that Lucius was in James and Lily's class, and Severus was several years below them. (Let's just pretend that this could have been compatible with canon as of 2003.) Frankly, this fic isn't worth the massive retooling it would take to correct for that error, so you'll just have to accept it as it is.
